XXVIII Baikal All-Russian Conference with international participation "Information and Mathematical Technologies in Science and Management", including a youth school-seminar, was held from June 29 to July 8 in 2023; On June 29-30, the Irkutsk session of the conference took place (at the ISEM SB RAS), from July 1 to 8 - the Baikal session, with a trip to the Oltrek t / b (Kurma).
On June 29, the Irkutsk session of the conference opened with greetings from: Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Government of the Irkutsk Region Rymorenko I.A., Director of the Institute of Economics and Management of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Academician Stennikov V.A., Director of the IDSTU RAS Academician Bychkov I.V. and Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation of IRNITU Kopaygorodsky A.N. (IDSTU SB RAS), Ph.D. Taseiko O.V. (FRC ICT SB RAS, Krasnoyarsk) and Ph.D. Rotanova I.N. (AltSU, Barnaul).
On June 29, at a meeting of 2 sections, 32 reports were made (about 40 people took part), on June 30, at a section meeting - 17 reports in person and 16 reports remotely (about 30 participants), in total 69 reports were made in the Irkutsk session, in including 4 - plenary, more than 70 people took part.
July 1-8 at the Oltrek base, Baikal l., the Baikal session of the conference was held, in which 115 people took part in person, 27 of them - d.s. and 17 - Ph.D., 22 - young scientists. 76 reports were presented, incl. 18 - plenary. (abstracts are published in electronic form on the conference website). 8 sections were held, Round table and Intellectual game on the subject of artificial intelligence.
In plenary reports and at sessions of sections, issues of building information and mathematical technologies in energy, economics, and medicine were considered; issues of building digital twins, incl. in energy; intellectual and mathematical technologies; methods and applications of artificial intelligence; development of intelligent and geoinformation systems and software systems, decision support issues. The problems of digital transformation were discussed, incl. in the energy sector, the concept of sustainable development and "elastic" sustainability (resilience), the problems of the development of artificial intelligence in the context of digital transformation, modern trends in the development of artificial intelligence. A round table was held on the topic: "Intellectual and mathematical technologies - integration or opposition?".
In total, at two sessions of the conference: Irkutsk and Baikal, 11 sections were held, 145 reports were made, incl. 22 - plenary. Within the framework of the youth school-seminar, in addition to plenary lectures, 22 reports of young scientists were heard, the best reports were noted. The conference was attended (excluding co-authors) 200 participants (185 in person and 16 remotely) from the Republic of Belarus (Minsk) and 23 cities of Russia: Barnaul, Volgograd, Voronezh, Dubna, Irkutsk, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Orel, St. Petersburg, Samara, Saratov, Smolensk, Sochi, Taganrog, Tver, Tomsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk (Russia).
