There is a need to integrate a PLM system and a third-party information system. The information system is not part of the PLM complex, but is involved in solving problems of information support for managing production processes. At the moment, the task of such integration is performed by the analyst. It will form a structural and process model of an integrated information system. Based on the model, rules for interaction with the system are formed. The operator and the decision maker (DM) are involved in the operation process. An approach is proposed to reduce the load on both the analyst and the operator and decision maker.
