Development of a medical decision support system on the example of solving the problem of choosing the best treatment trajectory for children with endocrinopathies

A comprehensive analysis of the subject area was made. A block diagram of the medical decision support system for modules has been built, and a functional model that allows you to accurately display the tasks performed by the medical decision support system. An approach to data preprocessing is proposed, including the algorithmic base of a medical decision support system when choosing a trajectory for treating patients, analysis of outliers, processing of missing data and their recovery.
