In this paper, we consider the approach to the study of the hardware-software complexes (HSC) survivability in terms of the target efficiency index, taking into account the interval uncertainty of the components of the state structure. The problem of estimating the HSC efficiency index variability effect in different modes of operation to assess the survivability of the average index value the target efficiency is described. The study’s results corresponding to different structures of APC states are presented.
